May ginawang paglilinaw ang Kapuso primetime actress na si Carla Abellana tungkol sa binebenta niyang condominium unit sa The Grove by Rockwell, na mas mababa sa current market value
Sunod-sunod ang kanyang post sa Instagram Stories kamakailan para itinama ang mga naglalabasang balita tungkol sa halaga ng kanyang property, na diuamno'y aabot sa PhP2 million.

Binigyan-diin din ni Carla na binili niya ang condo unit taong 2015 bilang investment.
Saad niya, “I also bought the Condo Unit back in 2015, so the CCT is under my name only. Nobody has ever lived there, because I bought it as an investment for myself and myself alone.”
