Last, lipstick, red lipstick! Kahit wala kang make-up, red lipstick ka lang, okay ka na.

Massage! Massage as often as you want! Huwag naman everyday, but it’s important para naman ma-relax ‘yung body. Puwede ring exercise. Some people exercise to de-stress. Spend time with your family and your friends because that’s priceless. It’s the best way to de-stress na hindi mo kailangang gumastos. Number four, you can listen to good music or you can watch a good movie, anything feel-good. Number five, ako honestly, prayer. Puwedeng ibuhos mo lahat ng nararamdaman mo kay Lord, or lahat ng nasa head mo para lang you seek for help also.
