“CHEERS” is an upbeat hip-hop track with subtle hints of SEVENTEEN's growth in the industry. The bop lyrics mention their beginnings and humbly shout out to the world that they're vibin' in their success as they break records and refine the definition of music. Hence, the word cheers.

The accompanying music video features the triple-threat leaders; S.Coups, Hoshi, and Woozi, in their fancy drips and owning every setup they stand on. As they make smooth and husky raps, dance to their slick choreography, and sing their hearts out, you know they've, unquestionably, transformed into the pioneers.

The track marks the comeback of SEVENTEEN's triple threat who released their first song “CHANGE UP” in 2017. Although there was some sort of parallelism in the music videos of the two, Carats can agree that both songs were oozing different vibes and evidently marked the growth of SEVENTEEN's leaders.

"CHEERS" serves as a pre-release track for SEVENTEEN's latest repackaged album SECTOR 17. The upcoming album is set to be released on July 18 at 6:00 p.m.(KST).

Congratulations, SEVENTEEN!
