Itching to learn what happened to Song Hye-kyo's character Moon Dong-eunin The Glory?
Well, giant streaming platform Netflix has officially confirmed that the popular revenge K-drama series will return on March 10, 2023.
Hye-kyo plays the role of Dong-eun, who suffered severe bullying in high school. As an adult, she is seeking revenge and plans to upend the life of her tormentors.
On January 18, Netflix shared some behind-the-scenes photos of the upcoming episodes for The Glory and fans are hyped up to watch the continuation of the story.
In an online exclusive featuring Hye-kyo, she discussed her thoughts about playing the role of a bullying victim.
She said, “Firstly, after I got the role of Dong-eun, I didn't think of looking pretty at all.
“She didn't have the time or energy to take care of her appearance like that. I thought maybe she isn't taking care of herself too much as a human being, but it seemed like something Dong-eun would do, so I really didn't worry about things like that in this drama.”
Also part of the stellar cast are Lee Do-hyun, Lim Ji-yeon, Park Sung-hoon, and Jung Sung-II.
The Glory was written by Kim Eun-sook and directed by An Gil-ho.
