Ogie Alcasid, Regine Velasquez, Michelle Van Eimeren


OPM icon and 'It's Showtime' host Ogie Alcasid dedicated heartwarming posts for his wife, Regine Velasquez, and ex-spouse Michelle Van Eimeren on Mother's Day.

Ogie Alcasid showed his appreciation to his wife, Regine Velasquez, and former spouse Michelle Van Eimeren on Mother's Day.

The OPM icon and host shared a photo of the Asia's Songbird with their son, Nate, on his Instagram account, and honored her for being a wonderful mother.

“Happy Mother's day my love. Among the many roles you had to do, this one I believe, brings you so much joy and fulfillment. You are a wonderful mother and a testament to that is how our son has become a fantastic young gentleman. We love you mommy!! @reginevalcasid,” he wrote.

In a separate post, Ogie also greeted his former spouse, Michelle, on this special occasion and admired her for being a great mom to their two daughters.

“Shelley, I pay tribute to you as the most wonderful mother of our girls. They have become such independent, intelligent, brave, and loving individuals because of you and Mark. Have a wonderful Mother's day shell!” he captioned his post.

In the comments, Michelle thanked Ogie for their friendship and for co-parenting their children.

“I don't know what to say. Thank you so much Ogie. Our girls mean the world to me. Thank you for your friendship and support co-parenting all these years,” she wrote.

Ogie Alcasid tied the knot with Regine Velasquez in 2010 and they have a son named Nate.

He was previously married to Michelle Van Eimeren with whom he shares two daughters, Leila and Sarah.

Meanwhile, Ogie Alcasid is one of the hosts in the noontime variety show, It's Showtime, which airs every Monday to Saturday, 12 noon, on GMA and Kapuso Stream.
