Crisha Uy on breakup with Joem Bascon: "Mahirap sabihin pero wala na tayong magagawa if he fell out of love."
Vlogger Crisha Uy opens up on her break up with her boyfriend for eight year actor Joem Bascon.
On her YouTube vlog on Friday, January 10, Crisha reveals why her eight-year relationship with Joem ended.
"Hindi ko ni-regret na naging kami. At hindi ko ni-regret 'yung eight years namin kasi mahal ko naman siya," Crisha said while bursting in tears.
She continued, "Naniniwala ako na kapag may nagbe-break, may isang nang-iiwan at iniiwan.
"Mahirap sabihin pero wala na tayong magagawa if he fell out of love. Hindi ko naman puwedeng pilitin yung taong hindi na ako mahal.
"Mahirap tanggapin pero kailangang tanggapin.
"I don't want to blame myself kasi wala na tayong magagawa. That's uncontrollable. Hindi nako-control 'yon.
"Maybe we're just not meant to be."
Crisha also shrugged off rumors about Joem getting back to his ex-girlfriend, Meryll Soriano.
"Kung may minahal siya agad pagkatapos, it's not really my business anymore. Kasi, doon lang ako sa parte ng buhay niya na involved ako."
The celebrity vlogger was also took this opporunity to apologize to her subscribers for not updating them the soonest.
“It took me a while to share my video, to share my vlog, kasi I was really emotional.
"And siyempre, if you're emotional baka may masabi pa tayo na hindi natin gustong ma-share or masabi,” she said.
Most of the time on her vlog, Crisha was seen holding back her tears as it was evident that she's badly hurt over the split.
The vlogger also revealed that she suffered weight loss.
“Problems with my weight, I'm underweight. I'm just 97 pounds. I lost 10 pounds,” she related.
“I quit gym for three months and now babalik na ako. Kaya ako nag-gym para lumakas ulit at magkaroon ng muscles.”
Crisha likewise emphasized that her vlog is not a cry for attention or sympathy.
“Sharing my breakup story, hindi para kumuha ng attention or magpaawa kasi I'm here to inspire people kasi I've been receiving a lot of messages how to move on,”
she added.
