"Hang in there," Rhian Ramos tells people who might find themselves struggling due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kapuso actress Rhian Ramos says that she has recently been using social media to share lessons she learned and realizations that she came upon while in quarantine.

She has also stressed the importance of kindness and patience during this difficult time.

In a remote interview with select members of the media, including GMANetwork.com, Rhian went on to send a message of hope to people who are struggling due to COVID-19.

"Hang in there. It's not a forever thing," she says, remaining hopeful.

She also hopes that the country can weather this challenge.

"May mga magaganda tayong years. Sometimes we have bad years and it happens in different forms. Sometimes, isa siyang recession. Minsan, binabagyo tayo," Rhian says.

After everything that has happened, she has a lot of faith in the resilience of Filipinos.

"If there's one thing that I know about Filipinos, we're the most resilient. Let's just hang in there and stick together and see what ways we can help one another and be kind," Rhian ends.
