Ruru Madrid goes on a nighttime jog with his parents and uncle.
Primetime action hero Ruru Madrid is bringing his family along on his fitness journey.
The actor recently went on a nighttime jog with his dad Bong, his mother Jackie, and his uncle Bon.
After their outdoor run, they also headed to the gym to work out under the guidance of Ruru's longtime fitness coach, Ghel Lerpido.
"Workout time with Mama and Dada + Tito Bon!
"Nakakatuwa lang to see them getting stronger and enjoying the process. Quality time na, healthy pa…," Ruru wrote on Instagram as he shared a short video of their exercise session.
The joint gym sessions of Ruru and his family are actually the actor's initiative to get them to take better care of their health.
A few weeks ago, he roped in his father, mother, and uncle to join him and his girlfriend Bianca Umali in the gym.
Ruru is busy filming scenes for the upcoming action-adventure series Lolong: Bayani ng Bayan, the second season of 2022's most-watched TV show Lolong.
He is set to reprise his role as the titular Lolong, a man who is able to communicate with a giant crocodile and is blessed with incredible strength and the ability to heal himself.
