Sienna Stevens dance is giving a cute spin to the iconic theme song “Voltes V No Uta.”
It looks like cuteness is still a huge draw on the internet as a Facebook Reel of Royal Blood star Sienna Stevens has now garnered a million views online.
Posted on the GMA News Facebook page, the Reel shows Sienna dancing to the Voltes V: Legacy theme song “Voltes V No Uta.” The video shows Sienna dressed as Voltes V: Legacy character Jamie Robinson, who is portrayed by Kapuso star Ysabel Ortega in the show.
The show's theme song “Voltes V No Uta” was originally sang by Mitsuko Horie and now performed by Asia's Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose. Not only did Julie Anne perform the song in Japanese, her version now has its own music video that features previously released promotional materials and several never-before-seen scenes featuring the extended cast. Julie Anne's recording video of “Voltes V No Uta” has garnered 10 million views as well.
Voltes V: Legacy dominated television ratings during its premiere week, posting an average rating of 13.22 percent during its first week of airing.
The show has been lauded by diehard and new-gen fans, with praise being heaped on its visual effects and the new depth it has given the original shows characters and storyline.
A commenter on the GMA Network's YouTube channel wrote “The world premiere of Voltes V: Legacy was a gigantic success with its 3D battle scenes, costumes, an all-star cast and everything that is rolled in one megaserye! On the GMA Network Facebook page, a fan wrote “I want to praise how the story goes in Voltes V: Legacy. A lot of unanswered events have been answered in this adaptation. Para sakin kahit fan ako ng anime, approved ako sa 'teleserye style' narration ng VVL na inuna muna nila ang origin bago ang main story na puro bakbakan. Mas naging expansive ang narrative, malalim ang characters, at may justification.”
