Super Junior Kyuhyun

Super Junior's Kyuhyun is set to warm the hearts of all ELFs with his upcoming track, “Moving On.”

Following the successful release of his solo tracks “Dreaming” and “Daystar,” Super Junior singer Kyuhyun is back to release another single from his “Project: Season” series.

On January 26, Kyuhyun will be warming his fans' hearts as he will be releasing the winter track “Moving On,” which is reported to be a remake of the song “On The Last Day,” which was released by singer-songwriter Hong Seok-min back in 2015.

To up the ante, the K-pop idol and his management, Label SJ, have released teaser images that showed the singer's expressive eyes that convey what the song will be all about.

Similarly, they also showed a teaser clip of what to expect from the music video: a cameo role of actors Gong Myung and Where Stars Land actress Chae Soo-bin.

In the first image, the two are seen facing each other happily, boasting as a real couple in the music video set.

But by the following photographs, Gong Myung and Chae Soo-bin's individual cuts create a serious atmosphere as they exude sad facial expressions.

Like the teaser photos, the actors are expected to portray the break-up process of two lovers in a realistic way, which will maximize the ballad song's theme and message.

In July 2020, Kyuhyun kickstarted his “Project: Season” series after releasing the mid-tempo track “Dreaming.”

He then followed it up with the autumn track “Daystar” in October that stars actor Yoo Yeon-seok from the hit K-drama series Mr. Sunshine.

According to the singer and theater actor, the series mimics the four seasons' varying emotions in a year.

“We have four seasons in Korea: spring, summer, autumn, and winter,” he said in an interview for SMTown.

“In each season, I believe situations, weather, emotions, and everything changes. I believe that the songs will make you excited every season, and I will do my best to record every song while thinking of the fans.”

Aside from his solo comeback, Kyuhyun will have a hectic start to the year as he was just confirmed to star in the musical “Phantom,” based on the French novel “The Phantom of the Opera” by Gaston Leroux.

Kyuhyun is slated to play the titular role who lives underground the famous opera theatre due to his outstanding talent but hideous face.

Before playing The Phantom, the singer has already established a name in the South Korean theatre industry for his many roles in musicals, including “Catch Me If You Can,” “Moon Embracing the Sun,” “Singin' in the Rain,” “The Days,” “Robin Hood,” “Werther,” and “Mozart.”

Furthermore, he will also be joining his Super Junior hyungs for their much-awaited 10th full-length album release slated on February 16 titled, “The Renaissance.”
