“Aside from awards, siguro ‘yung makasama ko ang aking anak sa pelikula. Makasama ko ‘yung mga artistang nung maliit ako ay pinananood ko lang pero ngayon kasama ko na sa pelikula. Third ‘yung knowledge. I love knowing kung ano ‘yung mga nangyari nung nakaraan and I want to share it with my children. That's a great experience I can never forget. ‘Yong experience as a director, when I first directed a film, hindi ko makakalimutan ‘yon. At ‘yong nakasama ko si Fernando Poe, Jr. sa pelikula, hinding hindi ko rin makakalimutan yon.

“To make a film about the place where I grew up, in Sta. Ana (Manila). I want to make a comedy film with my children - Samantha, Angeline, Francheska, my three beautiful girls. I want to write a script about Sagada. To make a film about a painter and I want to play the role and direct it. And I want to paint my mom.
