Ken Chan recounts seeing Rita Daniela again after ECQ was lifted

By Bianca Geli

Even if All-Out Sundays is back on TV, the cast and crew are still filming from their homes. But this didn't stop mainstay Ken Chan from seeing his onscreen partner Rita Daniela.

During an online interview with the press, Ken talked about visiting Rita in her home. He said, "Actually nakadalaw na po ako kay Rita, nayakap ko na po siya ulit nangg mahigpit.

"Inantok ako kasi parang unan 'yung kayakap ko," he jokingly added.

He also shared how Rita was quick to remind him of practicing social distancing. "Nung nagkita kami ni Rita, yayakapin ko sana siya pagbaba ko ng kotse. Kaso sabi niya huwag kasi baka makita kami ng tao, ano pa sabihin kasi may COVID-19."

When asked what it was like to have All-Out Sundays on air again, Ken says it feels much like their pilot episode.

"Para kaming magpa-pilot ulit. It's been four months, puro online shows kami. Ramdam ko ulit yung kaba at excitement. Pero sobrang happy na happy. Nakaka-miss."

Ken also added how grateful he is now that they can reach more viewers through All-Out Sundays' TV comeback, and how it has improved his creativity in livestreaming.

He said, "Lahat kami sa All-Out Sundays nag-improvise ngayon, may kanya-kanya kaming ilaw at equipment para kapag pinalabas sa TV mas magandang tignan."

"Nati-test na rin 'yung creativity namin dito," he shared.

Catch Ken Chan with Rita Daniela and the rest of the All-Out Sundays barkada back on TV every Sunday, 12:45 pm on GMA Network, and its simultaneous livestream on All-Out Sundays' official Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube accounts.
