'Bubble Gang' girls share secrets to a bootylicious figure

Undoubtedly, the women of Bubble Gang are some of the sexiest women in the country. Their slim bodies and bootylicious figures, however, come with a price.
 
 
In Nelson Canlas’ report in 24 Oras, Max Collins, Andrea Torres, Sam Pinto, and Rufa Mae Quinto share how hard they work in the gym and the outdoors to achieve great shape.
 
1. Do a lot of cardio
The top secret of the Bubble Gang girls is to do a lot of cardio exercises. Max, for one, takes pride in her big-boned structure and shares that she works out a lot to firm her muscles.
 
“What I do is just try to do more cardio and stretching exercises to firm my already big build,” she shared.
 
2. Focus on toning your butt
 
Andrea, Sam, and Rufa Mae are focused on toning specific body parts like their butt area. Aside from hitting the gym, Sam is also active outdoors since she got into surfing.
 
“[I’m] very toned now especially because of surfing… Now I’m [also] concentrating on the butt again and then [the] abs,” she said. Rufa Mae, meanwhile, achieves her sexy bod through squats.
 
3. Cheap cheat: Use foamed underwear
 
Unlike invasive injections, using foamed underwear is cheaper and doesn’t pose health hazards. Butt enhancers give your behind that instant boost. “I tried that before. It actually works ha, in fairness,” Sam revealed.
