Shuvee Etrata, may ibinulgar tungkol kay Jillian Ward
TikTok content creator and newbie actress Shuvee Etrata learned a lot from doing her scenes on Captain Kitten with the Star of New Gen Jillian Ward.
Shuvee is part of the multi-episode story “Captain Kitten" on the award-winning show Daig Kayo Ng Lola Ko.The Morena actress will play the role of Feline, the best friend of Captain Kitten portrayed by Jillian Ward.
During her chat with the entertainment press for the online medica conference of Daig Kayo Ng Lola Ko, Shuvee recalled her scenes with Jillian.
She remembered, “Also, sa friendship na meron kami sa serye ni Jillian [Ward], first time ko po makatrabaho si Jillian. At first, I really thought ma-i-intimidate ako, but, she's so, so, so nice.”
“Akala ko talaga, 'uy hindi yan magpansin-pansin, pero sobra niyang generous. Lalo na sa acting, lalo na for us first-timers hindi siya [nagdadamot], masyado siyang giving kumbaga sa skills niya. Kaya [natututo] rin po kami sa kaniya. Thank you so much, Jill.”

The Sparkle beauty also admitted that she had a hard time showing off her comedic side, but with the help of Direk Rico Gutierrez and Jillian, Shuvee eventually found her groove.
“Medyo nahirapan po ako ipakita siya on cam, pero, sina Direk Rico [Gutierrez] sobra ako tinulungan na maging comfortable sa camera and also working with Jillian po, very comfortable po siya [ka-eksena]. Comfortable ako kasama siya, kaya lumalabas 'yung pagka-bubbly. 'Yung real [and] natural comedy side ko.”
She also added that viewers will learn a lot watching the superhero story Captain Kitten and how two friends can overcome some challenges in their relationship.
“Sa mga viewers po natin marami sila matutunan sa friendship,” Shuvee said, “Siguro, paano ba tumatatag ang friendship ng isang sobrang tagal na [magkaibigan]. Tapos, bigla-bigla may nagbabago sa isang tao. Siguro may mga challenges dito 'yung relationship of being a friend, pero ma-o-overcome ito nina Feline and [Kat] o Captain Kitten.”
