Michelle Dee gives answer on Miss Universe 2023 final question in 'Fast Talk with Boy Abunda'

Masayang nakapanayam ng King of Talk na si Boy Abunda ang Miss Universe Philippine 2023 na si Michelle Dee sa programang Fast Talk with Boy Abunda ngayong Lunes (November 27).

Matatandaan na natapos ang Miss Universe 2023 journey ni Michelle sa pagiging bahagi ng Top 10, kung saan kabilang din dito ang mga mga bansang Puerto Rico, Thailand, Peru, Columbia, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Venezuela, Australia, at Spain.

Sa episode na ito, nabigyan ng pagkakataon si Michelle na sagutin ang final question ng Miss Universe 2023 pageant.

Bago sinagot ng beauty queen-actress ang tanong ay nilinaw niyang katuwaan lamang ito. Aniya, “Before you ask the question, whatever question that is. I just want to say that this is just for fun. We're not trying to compare. Always spread love, kindness, and respect.”

“If you could live one year in another woman's shoes, who would you choose and why?” tanong ni Boy.

Ang sagot naman ni Michelle sa nasabing katanungan ay ang pinakamatandang mambabatok sa bansa na si Apo Whang-Od.

“Tito Boy, if I could choose to live in any woman's shoes, it would be Apo Whang-Od. She's an amazing symbol of cultural preservation. She is an amazing symbol of ageism. She has been defying boundaries, stereotypes, and that is something that I have tried to inspire everybody around me as well, which is to own your unique story, own your traditions, love where you came from, love who you're with, who you're surrounded with,” sagot ni Michelle.

Patuloy niya, “And truly, with that unique story, you can make your country proud. You can show the universe what your country has to offer. In my case, my love for my country can really shake the whole universe as well.”

Samantala, nagwagi si Michelle ng apat na special awards, ang Spirit of Carnival Award, Miss Universe's fan vote, Voice for Change, at Best in National Costume.
