Barbie Forteza guest stars on 'Happy ToGetHer's next episode!

Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza will brighten up your Sunday night viewing on March 5, as she guest-stars in the high-rating sitcom Happy ToGetHer! Barbie plays the role of Michelle in the upcoming episode.

In an exclusive chat with GMANetwork.com, the breakout star shared what it was like working with John Lloyd and Direk Edgar Mortiz.

"Isa lang 'yung naging eksena ko with Mr. JLC (John Lloyd Cruz) yet I enjoyed doing the scene. He's quiet but approachable,” she relates.

“Working with Direk Edgar [Mortiz] was fun pero super sandali lang talaga. Nabitin ako, sa totoo lang, sana makabalik ako,” Barbie added.

The homegrown Kapuso talent has already proven herself in the genre of romantic comedies. When asked who are the comedians she wants to work with, if GMA-7 offered her to do a sitcom in the future, Barbie immediately mentioned her former co-stars in Sunday PinaSaya (2015-2019).

The defunct musical variety show boasts of a star-studded cast led by Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera, Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, and Aiai delas Alas.

“Kung straight sitcom, I'd love to work with everyone from Sunday PinaSaya dahil puro veteran po ang katrabaho ko du'n. And I learned a lot from them in terms of comedic timing and improvisations.”
