Get to know Isay and Gio in the upcoming episodes of the high-rating sitcom of 'Jose & Maria's Bonggang Villa 2.0' on Sabado Star Power sa gabi.
Two promising Sparkle talents will join the popular sitcom Jose & Maria's Bonggang Villa 2.0 starring Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera beginning this February 24.
Kapuso newbies Lei Angela and Josh Ford were tapped to play the role of
Isadora “Isay” Tayog and Giovanni “Gio” Wagas, respectively.
Lei, who was last seen in the primetime series Hearts on Ice told in her interview with GMANetwork.com what it is like working with DongYan in Jose & Maria's Bonggang Villa 2.0.
She shared, “Si Sir. Dingdong po, naka-meet ko po siya with Family Feud nung kasama po sa Hearts on Ice last time. Pero, as a ka-work po sa isang show, first time ko po and sobrang ang babait po as in.”
“Tapos pinapanood ko po habang kumukuha sila ng eksena, parang napakagaan po nila sa loob panoorin. Sobrang sweet, sobrang nakakatuwa. Parang ikaw mismo natatawa na lang ng hindi mo namamalayan. Kaya sobrang saya po.”
Meanwhile, Kapuso cutie Josh Ford has been honing his talent further, since being launched as part of the teen-oriented group Sparkle Teens in April 2023.
Josh played the role of Train in the series Luv Is: Love At First Read featuring Mavy Legaspi and Kyline Alcantara.
What is it like doing a sitcom this time around?
“Parang it's more relax dito. Ang saya ng Bonggang Villa! Ang saya ng cast at very comfortable ako dito. Kaya I love it.” Josh explained.
