Mars Pa More: DIY gym equipment

If you still feel leery about working out in a gym due to the COVID-19 pandemic, perhaps you can just do so at home in the meantime, using the equipment you already have.

However, if you'rPLEASe worried about not having enough gym equipment at home, and you don't find it practical to buy some, then here are DIY gym equipment projects you can recreate.

1) DIY Sandbag

A great alternative for the kettlebell is a DIY sandbag. To make one, you'll need the following materials:

1. Old plants
2. Sand
3. Weighing scale

2) DIY Barbell

No barbell? No problem! You can do a DIY version with items that can be easily found at home. The materials you'll need for a DIY barbell are:

1. Curtain rod
2. Water jugs
3. Cable ties

3) DIY Gym Tire

4. Carabiner
5. Duct tape
6. Wire

4) DIY Parallettes

If you don't have parallettes at home, you can easily make one using T pipes. Here are all the materials you'll need to create a DIY parallettes:

1. Coupling
2. Elbow
3. T-pipes
4. Paint
