Iya Villania gives advice to John Lloyd Cruz

By Racquel Quieta

Mars Pa More hosts, Iya Villania and Camille Prats, along with their celebrity guests, Mike Tan and Zonia Mejia, recently played a fun game called SMS, which is short for "Short Message sa Sikat."

In the said game, they were asked what they would like to say to some famous personalities.

Heartful Café actress Zonia Mejia was asked what advice she would give Miss Universe Philippines Rabiya Mateo after some people criticized her performance at the recently concluded pageant.

“Siguro basta alam mo kung sino ka at alam mo kung ano 'yung personality mo, wala kang pake sa sasabihin ng ibang tao kasi mas kilala mo 'yung sarili mo kaysa sa pagkakakilala sa'yo ng ibang tao,” Zonia said. “So, just be yourself and go on with your purpose kung ano man ang purpose mo na gawin sa life, and be happy.”

Nagbabagang Luha star Mike Tan, on the other hand, was asked what he would tell co-star Rayver Cruz, if ever Rayver asks him about married and family life.

“Sasabihin ko kay Rayver, mag-propose ka muna,” Mike replied. “Kapag nag-yes, pakasalan mo 'yun tsaka mo na isipin 'yon. Mag-propose ka muna.”

The StarStruck Season 2 Ultimate Male Survivor then explained, “Mature na si Rayver para dun sa next stage ng buhay niya, tapos sa relationship nila ni Janine. So, it's really up to him na lang.”

Meanwhile, Mars Pa More host Camille had to give love advice to vlogger Toni Fowler.

Camille said, “Kailangan ingatan din natin ang sarili natin. Let's value ourselves 'di ba? Kung ano 'yung deserve natin, kung ano 'yung dapat tinatanggap natin bilang tao o bilang babae.”

She was also asked to give career advice to dancer and social media personality Niana Guerrero.

“Una, mars, the talent, you can definitely see it's there, 'di ba? Ang galing-galing ng batang ito.

“But that is siguro 'wag rin sanang ever…don't let it get to your head.

“All the amazing things that are happening to you, it's amazing, it's awesome, all eyes are on you, people are watching your every move.

“And I hope na sana hindi siya pumasok sa utak mo to a point na…you know, kasi minsan, mars, when it gets to your head, everything changes?

“Guard your heart, guard yourself, and know why you are doing it.”

As for Mars Iya, she was asked to give advice to John Lloyd Cruz on how to prevent experiencing another burn out once he makes his showbiz comeback.

“Ginalingan mo kasi masyado, pars, eh. Ayan tuloy. Napagod ka kasi tinodo mo masyado, pars. Hindi, but… (laughs)

“Kasi 'di ba he is so good, so tuloy, he was wanted and needed. He was in demand.

“For everyone to not get burnt out in this industry, I think it's really important that you learn to step back and give your family and yourself time.

“Oo, we also want our reset, even if it means going out for a walk or spending a night out with friends.'Yan ang aking magiging advice kay Pareng Lloydie.”
