Rayver Cruz shows his boxing training routine at home

It's been months since everyone started working out from the comfort and safety of their own homes, and if you're running out of cardio workout ideas, perhaps you should try boxing training.

Aside from being a good cardio exercise, it's perfect if you have a workout partner at home that you can switch turns with as a boxer and a trainer.

In a recent episode of Mars Pa More, Kapuso hunk Rayver Cruz showed how to do boxing training at home with the help of his brother and fellow Kapuso star Rodjun Cruz.

As with any workout routine, you should begin by stretching and/or warming up. For boxing, Rayver recommends warming up by doing 100 reps of single unders or double unders using a jump rope.

After warming up, you can now do 3 minutes of punching bag workout or shadow boxing.

Then, for the last part, do 2-minute boxing with your trainer or workout partner. Make sure to use proper boxing equipment.
