Pancho Magno shares his full body resistance band workout routine

It's been six months since the quarantine period began and many have been working out from home, trying to make do with whatever equipment they have or use alternatives that they find at home.

And if using weights to work on your upper shoulders, triceps, and back is getting boring, perhaps you should switch things up by using a resistance band.

In a recent Mars Pa More episode, Kapuso actor and new dad Pancho Magno shared his full body resistance band workout routine.

So, if you want to try it, grab your resistance band now and find a space to work out. Here's a breakdown of Pancho's workout routine.

1. For the first exercise, put the band in front of you and pull the band from opposite ends horizontally for 12-15 reps.

2. Next, position the band vertically. Hold the bottom end with one hand and pull the band from the other end upwards using your other hand. Do this for 12-15 reps. Repeat by using the other hand to pull.

3. Hold the band behind your back and pull it from opposite ends horizontally. Do this for 12-15 reps.

4. For the triceps, hold one end of the band in front of you and position it near your waist, then using the other hand, pull the opposite end of the band from behind you for 12-15 reps. Do the same thing on the other side.

5. To work on your legs, simply put the band around your legs, just right above your knee and raise each leg sideways for 15 reps.

6. Next, raise each leg to the front for 15 reps each.

7. Finally, do squats with the band still around your legs.
