WATCH: Faye Lorenzo shares backside exercises

Have you been working on having a quarantoned body lately? You might want to include the butt workout routine of viral 'Bubble Gang' star Faye Lorenzo to achieve that booty you've always dreamed of.

All you'll need for this workout routine is a yoga mat and a resistance band. Here's a breakdown of the butt exercises that Faye Lorenzo does:

1. Squat pulse 10 reps
2. Fire hydrant 10 reps
3. Squat hold 10 reps

Some of these exercises may be challenging but definitely rewarding. So, it's best to keep the old saying in mind always: “No pain, no gain.”
