Sanya's wall exercises are aimed at targeting your arms, waist, legs and butt. So, if you're ready to have a quaran-toned body like Sanya, here's a breakdown of Sanya's wall workout routine:

2. Toe reaches
3. Wall scissors
4. Windshield wipers
5. Mountain climber

Sanya says if you do this routine every day, you can expect to see results in as fast as two weeks. Awesome, right?
