Miguel Tanfelix describes 'Mga Batang Riles': "Hardcore action, pinaka-hardcore sa lahat [ng shows ko], so far."
Miguel Tanfelix considers his upcoming GMA Prime series Mga Batang Riles the most action-packed series he's ever done so far.
Before doing Mga Batang Riles, Miguel starred in Voltes V: Legacy as Steve Armstrong.
"Ito talaga 'yung hardcore action kasi dati, kunwari, Voltes V, mas maraming aksyon pa 'yung robot kaysa sa amin. Ito 'yung hardcore action na every taping day, hindi pwedeng walang action. Hindi pwedeng walang stunts," he declared during the media conference of Mga Batang Riles on December 20.
"Pahirapan talaga, physically tiring po 'yung bawat araw namin. 'Yun 'yung nagpapa-excite sa aming Mga Batang Riles, sa lahat ng cast kasi meron kang nilo-look forward every taping day na, 'Ano kayang stunts ang gagawin namin ngayon?'"
However, Miguel explained that Mga Batang Riles is not all-action since it also has a mix of family drama.
"Bukod sa heavy action 'to, heavy drama din 'to. Kaya siya nagiging action kasi mga lalaki, laging nagre-resort sa physical, 'di ba? 'Pag overwhelming emotions," he explained.
He added, "Hardcore action, pinaka-hardcore sa lahat [ng shows ko], so far."
In Mga Batang Riles, Miguel plays Kidlat, the leader of the group. Mga Batang Riles airs beginning January 6 on GMA Prime.
