Jake on the success of 'Pepito Manaloto'

Saturday nights just got better with Pepito Manaloto giving our loyal Kapuso viewers top notch comedy entertainment.
And with Chito Manaloto always present to charm the ladies, it is no secret that his character, played by Kapuso heartthrob Jake Vargas drives more televiewers to tune in every Saturday evening.
GMANetwork.com had a chat with the Walang Tulugan mainstay as he admits that he is amazed by how Pepito Manaloto continued its success throughout the years.
“Sobrang nagpapasalamat ako sa lahat-lahat ng sumusuporta ng Pepito Manaloto. Talagang sinusubaybayan kami every Sunday, pero ngayon Saturday na siya ngayon [at] kahit na Saturday siya at least marami pa ring nanood kaya nagpapasalamat kami sa lahat-lahat ng sumusuporta. Hindi namin ineexpect na aabot kami ng ganitong katagal, years na” Jake said.
In addition, the young star reveals that the cast treats each other as family, which is evident, since their chemistry on TV is effortless. Also, the genius director Bert de Leon, ensures that all the stars have their own unique moments and make them standout in each episode.
“Sa sobrang tagal namin halos, parang family na 'yung bonding namin, si Kuya Bitoy, si Manilyn Reynes, lahat-lahat lahat-lahat ng cast” He added, “Actually 'yun din 'yung maganda dun sa Pepito Manaloto kasi si Direk Bert lahat binibigyan niya ng opportunity, lahat ng eksena may kanya-kanyang scene kaya maganda, okay!”
