Julie Anne San Jose is preparing for her Playlist Live episode on Monday, May 15, where she will be performing covers of popular OPM hits.
She shared that singing covers is one thing she enjoys doing.
“Lately, I’ve been doing a lot of covers. Tapos lately, nag-co-compose ulit ako para mas mahasa yung skill. And mas gusto ko rin kasi na na-e-enhance pa or na-e-explore ko pa 'yung capacities ko din as a musician, as an artist,” she said.
She’s grateful to her fans for their warm reception of the covers she publishes. One of her most popular ones was her version of Up Dharma Down’s 'Tadhana' on the Playlist.
“Thank you [to those who watched it]. I think it’s really a good song. The song itself kasi, maganda yung message, maganda yung tono and talagang magaling kasi yung Up Dharma Down,” she shared.
Julie intends to make more fans happy by continuing to give them music videos and performances.
“It’s always for the fans. It’s always for the supporters. I feel really grateful that they get to appreciate it,” she concluded.
