Janice Hung says 'Voltes V: Legacy' makes her proud of PH cinema and TV industry

Mga Lihim ni Urduja star Janice Hung shares her excitement about the live action series Voltes V: Legacy

The character actress recently watched the Voltes V: Legacy: The Cinematic Experience and described it as an "amazing experience"

In a Facebook post, Janice she said, "Voltes V Legacy is an amazing experience that inspires and makes you proud of the Philippine cinema and television industry."

She also acknowledged its director, Mark Reyes, for his work in the series.

"I am blessed to have worked with the director who created this masterpiece- Direk Mark Reyes has an incredible vision and can bring even the smallest details to life in a big way," she wrote.

She added, “This series is a true testament to the talent and creativity that lies within the Philippines, showcasing the country's ability to produce world-class films and animations that soon can rival any other international production.

“The attention to detail and quality in every scene is evident, and it is clear that the production team poured their hearts and souls into bringing this classic anime to life in a new and exciting way.”

The actress also noted how GMA Network “shows a great deal of confidence” in the industry and its potential for deciding to take a chance and invest in the series.

“It takes courage to take steps toward creating a new chapter in Philippine television history, and we can all appreciate the hard work and dedication it took to bring this project to fruition,” she said.

She then expressed how blessed she is to have worked with series director Mark Reyes who she noted to have “an incredible vision and can bring even the smallest details to life in a big way.”

At the end of her post, she encouraged moviegoers to support Voltes V: Legacy: The Cinematic Experience, which is still showing in select cinemas until May 9.

“Let's be proud that this series is 100% Pinoy-made and was able to showcase the talent of our fellow Filipinos,” she said.

She added, “Let's all help create a brighter future for Philippine cinema and television and continue to produce world-class productions that will make us all proud.”
