Para kay Sweet Plantado na isa sa miyembro ng premyadong vocal group na The CompanY at isa sa vocal coaches ng ‘To The Top’ trainees, hindi mapapantayan ang personality at dating ng isang tao.

“I look at the talent more than the looks… This is a talent-driven show… [For someone to embody the] total package, for me, [top of the list ang] dating talaga— how they carry themselves [and] how they interpret their songs,” sabi niya.

“[We can teach the] technique, pero 'yung command when you perform, the way you man yourself when you perform, I don’t think that can be taught,” dagdag ni Sweet.

“Don’t stop learning. Don’t think that [because] you’re here in the industry, that you’ve already made it.

“I remember telling this to the boys [and] I always tell this to my students – I know what I can do, I know my uniqueness when I perform, pero ang daming mas magaling sa ‘kin. That way, I’m reminded that there are a lot of greater talents but also, at the same time, [I acknowledge] what I can do. Never stop learning, never stop being a student,” aniya.
