Currently, only domestic deliveries can be processed on the GMA Store website. For Customers outside the Philippines who would like to ship to an international address, please send an e-mail to GMA Store so that we can process your order.

You need to provide the correct and complete address where the item(s) should be delivered. Delivery within the Metro Manila will take one (1) to three (3) business days. Provincial area deliveries are estimated to take five (5) to seven (7) business days.

Delays may occur due to high volume of orders, logistics limitations, geographic restrictions, inclement weather and other factors beyond the control of GMA Store. We will do our best to prepare your orders and have them ready for pick-up as soon as possible.

GMA Store website receives orders 24/7 but our warehouse schedules pick-ups from Mondays through Fridays only (excluding declared Holiday). Orders placed on Holidays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be processed and picked up from our warehouse the following business day (e.g. Monday).

We cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the presented time frame. Since we may follow national, seasonal, and declared holidays; these no-operation days may also affect the duration shipping. Please also note that we will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of any delivery process delays.

Day 1 is considered as the day item(s) are picked-up from our warehouse.If no delivery has been made within the estimated timeline, please send an email to GMA Store and indicate your Order Number in the Subject Line. A member of our Customer Service Support Team will then contact you regarding the status of your order.

If you are not available to personally receive your order, you may designate at one (1) authorized recipient in the Shipping Information page. Please note that in all circumstances, the recipient is required to sign a confirmation of receipt/proof of delivery.

GMA Store reserves the right to request for an Authorizations Letter and a copy of the Buyer’s valid government issued ID upon delivery. All items included in the purchase and as stated in the invoice SHOULD be accepted and paid for.

Please note that an order is entitled to three (3) delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt order shall be returned to us and the order will then be cancelled.


When an order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email message (via the email addressed used in Customer Account). You may not change the Pick-Up option to Delivery once the order has been processed. The email message will contain pick up details and other instructions to be able to claim the order.
