Makati is transforming Dela Rosa 2 Carpark into a multi-use space
A new multi-use development with a park with lush green space is soon rising in Makati City.
In an advisory, Make It Makati announced that they will be converting the Dela Rosa 2 Carpark to a “multi-use block,” starting June 1, 2024.
“The Dela Rosa 2 redevelopment project aims to transform the current Dela Rosa 2 car park into a vibrant mixed-use development that will enhance the urban landscape of Makati City,” it said.
Make It Makati also highlighted some of the features the new space will have including an open park, an active space, and retail space, among others.
A spacious park with greens, walkways, a play area, and even a picnic area can be seen in the photos of the artist's perspectives they posted.
With the start of the project in June, Make It Makati said the AUV Terminal at the Dela Rosa 2 Carpark will be moved to the Dela Rosa 1 Carpark.
Alternative parking will also be available at the Legazpi Carpark and Dela Rosa 1 Carpark amid the redevelopment.
