After a lively send-off at the NAIA Terminal 1 departure area arranged for her by Filipino fans, Ahtisa has been making Thailand her runway as she shows off all the fashion she has brought with her to the competition. Ahtisa has already talked about the designers she's enlisted for her Miss Universe campaign during a send-off at Pasig City arranged for her by the Miss Universe Philippines organization. Ahtisa revealed that her national costume for the upcoming pageant was designed by Mark Tumang, who was also the designer behind former Miss Universe Catriona Gray's memorable lava gown. "It's a national costume that hasn't been seen in a while in the Miss Universe stage," she shared to GMA News Online. "I'm really, really excited 'cause it's a good representation of the Philippine culture and also my own personality. So I'm very excited for everyone to see that." Val Taguba, who made Ahtisa's evening gown during the Miss Universe Philippines competition, will also be her designer for the pageant.
