Mariane Osabel shares healing journey in 'Pira-Piraso'
Mariane Osabel's new single "Pira-piraso" is about wanting to heal first before falling in love again.
The Clash Season 4 grand champion Mariane Osabel is breaking free from her shell and sharing a more personal side of herself in her upcoming single, "Pira-piraso," under GMA Music.
She says in a Kapuso Brigade interview, "Gusto ko rin na mas makilala ako ng mga supporters ko, dati kasi sobrang secretive ko."
Mariane reveals, "This song is actually a personal experience. As of now I have a partner, nung mga few months pa lang kami may confrontation na nangyari. Sinabi ko sa kanya, I wanted to heal something na nangyari sa akin sa past love ko. Sabi ko hindi niya deserve 'yung pagmamahal na pira-piraso."
She adds, "Kung love mo 'yung person, deserve niya 'yung buong pagmamahal. Mahal kita pero hindi sapat ang pira-piraso."
"Gusto ko magmahal nang buong buo, I want to move on muna, I want to heal fully para kapag nagmahal ako ulit, mabigay ko sa kanya 'yung full na love."
She also shared her own way of moving on and healing from a past romantic relationship.
"Para sa akin, if you want to really move on, you have to sit with your pain. Kasi minsan gusto mong iwasan muna 'yung sakit, pero mas gusto kong damhin ko na ngayon 'yung pain para mapagod or magsawa na lang ako sa pag-emote. Isa 'yan sa mga nagawa ko when I was in the process of moving on.
"Mahilig din po akong mag-journal to vent out my feelings, and magkape, talk with friends. As a singer, kinakanta ko na lang din po 'yung nararamdaman ko."
Mariane marks the release of her single as her way of opening up her vulnerable side. The singer also dedicated her first single to all her supporters.
"First of all to myself, kasi as a person na secretive na nahihiya akong i-express 'yung sarili ko, now I'm being vulnerable, it's part of my experiences para makilala rin ako ng fans ko.
"Second po, for my supporters, kasi nangungulit na rin sila kung ano ang next song ko.
"Dedicated din po sa Panginoon kasi nabigyan ako ng ganitong opportunity at pangarap ko rin dati pa na maging recording artist."
