GMA Records releases Quickfire Volume 4, et al.

GMA Records and Home Video jazzes up everyone’s home viewing pleasure with a fresh bunch of titles including a cooking home video, an OPM album, and DVD collections of toprating Kapuso programs.

After three successful seasons, Chef Mom Rosebud’s Quickfire 10-minute Kitchen Wonders returns with another dozen of select recipes with easy-to-follow steps and cooking techniques. However, unlike the previous volumes which follow no strict theme, the fourth installment features an all-seafood menu which covers recipes for crabs, prawns, fish, etc. Such recipes include King Crabs with Garlic Chili Sauce, Tequila-Spiked Clam Pasta, Tri-Pepper Seared Tuna, Cocktail Prawns with Strawberry and Balsamic Sauce, and many others! Though some recipe names may sound daunting or complicated at first, the chef mom assures viewers that these are generally quick and easy to prepare. The DVD even comes with a bonus recipe booklet to make sure that viewers end up with the exact results. Chef Mom Rosebud’s Quickfire 10-minute Kitchen Wonders is also brought to you by Q Channel 11 and AJI-NO-MOTO Umami Seasoning.

Pinoy King of Soul Janno Gibbs returns to the music scene with a brand new OPM album containing some of his greatest hits throughout the entire span of his singing career. The album titled “Janno G.: The Anthology” features 19 songs, among which include, “Ipagpatawad”, “Fallin”, “I Believe in Dreams”, “Ikaw Lamang”, “Binibini”, “Almost Over You” and “If I’m Not in Love”. The album is set to be released in the last quarter of the year in line with the King of Soul’s forthcoming concert.

DVD shoppers/collectors must also watch out for the release of two top-rating Kapuso programs - the almost-true-to-life comedy reality sitcom Pepito Manaloto and the Pinoy adaptation of the drama-filled Koreanovela Endless Love.  

Pepito Manaloto Philippine TV’s first reality sitcom conceptualized and topbilled by three-time Asian TV Award-winning comedian Michael V. now comes in DVD format. This side-splitting series follows the adventures and misadventures of Pepito as he deals with the complexities of becoming a multimillionaire after winning P700 Million in the lottery. Pepito Manaloto on DVD will be out in the market this August with the succeeding volumes to be released as the show progresses.

On the other side, the primetime Koreanovela adaptation of Endless Love starring the phenomenal reel turned real life love team of Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera will soon be available on home video. Follow the love story of ill-fated lovers Johnny and Jenny as they embark on an agonizing pursuit for everlasting love. Endless Love on DVD will be released in the last quarter of the year.
