Alden Richards dedicates his gold record award to fans

Alden Richards launched his Wish I May album under GMA Records last Saturday, October 17, on Eat Bulaga. He serenaded the audience with his rendition of Thinking Out Loud and he was surprised with a gold record award after his performance.
“Thank you, thank you po sa lahat. I mean ginawa ko po itong album in tribute (to) AlDub nation, and of course po para kay Lord and sa mom ko, and sa lahat po ng mahal ko sa buhay,” the GMA Records artist expressed upon accepting the recognition.
As if this wasn’t enough, he created a video message addressing his supporters.

“Sa lahat po ng mga sumusuporta po at bumili ng album ko kahit hindi pa siya nalalabas, ‘yung mga nagpre-order, thank you so much po,” his message began.
“Kayo po ito, kayo po ang may gawa nito kung bakit nag-gold po ‘yung first album ko under GMA Records. The best kayong lahat! AlDub you all forever,” he also emphasized.
His fans continue to pour out their support for Alden, campaigning for the album to earn a platinum record award. The hashtag #WishIMayGoForPlatinum started trending tonight, October 19.
