The song serves as the soundtrack of the GMA drama series, The Good Daughter, top-billed by Kylie Padilla and Rocco Nacino.
First aired in 2012, The Good Daughter is currently on a re-run and seen from Monday to Friday, 4:15 p.m., on GMA-7.
As for its soundtrack, “Pabalik-balik” was composed by Rina Mercado and is a GMA Playlist Original.
The song, delivered in Faith's ethereal voice, talks about someone who keeps returning to a past love, with lines such as:
