GMA Music released the recording video of Anton Paras' latest single "Can't Wait." This is his third self-penned single under AltG Records.
In an interview with GMANetwork.com, Anton shared that recording the song was challenging for him as it was the first time he made a song with a pop-ish R&B feel.
According to him, he was used to R&B Ballads like his previous songs "All I Need" and "Binabalewala."
"Actually, first time ko pong gumawa ng ganitong klase ng song 'yung medyo pop-ish R&B. Kasi medyo sanay po ako sa mga R&B Ballads po so bago po ito sa akin," he said.
Anton continued, "May mga challenges po sa recording, nakailang takes po kami. Pero super happy po ako sa kinalabasan. Super gandang experience po ng song na ito na ibinigay sa akin."
"Can't Wait" is a heartfelt song about a long-distance relationship. Through this song, Anton wants listeners to know that it's nice to be in a relationship that even in the darkest days, no matter how far they are from each other physically, what matters is they still love each other.
He also wrote this song to which Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) can relate.
