Jeniffer Maravilla's 'Di Na Pwede' debuts strong on iTunes
Jeniffer Maravilla's heartbreaking ballad "Di Na Pwede" is now out on all digital music streaming platforms.
Jeniffer Maravilla is back with a new single under GMA Playlist, "Di Na Pwede" which reached the #15 spot on iTunes during its debut week.
Jeniffer reflected on the song's significance as she relates to its meaning after going through her own long-term relationship ending.
"Minsan kahit ayaw pa nung isa na bumitaw, wala na rin siya eventually magiging choice kung hindi mag-let go at mag-move forward sa buhay niya kasi sa huli ang pwede na lang din matira sa 'yo is 'yung respeto mo sa sarili mo.
"Darating talaga 'yung point minsan na hindi na talaga pwede," she said.
Initially, Jeniffer recorded "Di Na Pwede" two years ago but re-recorded the song this year after her breakup, hoping her emotions can be felt in the song.
"Naging kwento talaga siya for me. Naka-relate tayo sa bawat linya nung kanta at nakatulong siya talaga for me magbigay ng comfort. Na-gauge ko rin dito kung nasaan na ako sa healing journey ko," she told GMANetwork.com.
