Mitzi Josh adds to the hype surrounding her upcoming single "Let Me Down Easy" by revealing why she loves the song.
In an exclusive interview, the singer said the song is very different from her previous single, "Could Get Used To You."
"Mas na-release ko yung different emotions dito, yung heartbreak, at nakapanakit ako dito. At sana masaktan din kayo habang pinapakinggan n'yo ito," says Mitzi talking about "Let Me Down Easy."
Mitzi expressed her excitement since she believed many people would relate to her song, especially since Filipinos have a soft spot for heartache anthems.
The rising artist shared that she personally relates to the song and even shared some details about a past love interest.
"Mayroon rin naman akong nakakausap before na muntikan na talaga maging kami. Mayroon one time, may malapit na akong sagutin na parang one week before ko siya sagutin, something came up and hindi nag-work talaga. So parang dumaan rin kami sa phase na ganoon, nanlalamig at parang nanghihina na ang pag-ibig namin sa isa't-isa," she shared.
Mitzi is set to release her upcoming single "Let Me Down Easy" on February 28.
