NIOR to release new single 'Ethanol' on March 11

NIOR is back with a track that's ready to dominate your playlists!

March is about to heat up as NIOR prepares to release its new single, "Ethanol."

Composed of Brian Nucup (Rhythm Guitar/Vocals), Gabrielle Van Polanen Petel (Vocals), Jessie Ocampo (Drums), and Christian Cervera Mallari (Bass), the indie band is set to drop their new single "Ethanol" on March 11 under AltG Records on Spotify and other digital music platforms.

Vocalist Gab mentioned that many people have been curious about the meaning behind the title of their new song, sparking excitement for their latest release.

She shared that her personal experience inspired their new single. "Hindi po ako adik ha, baka sabihin n'yo adik ako," she teased, referring to the title of their new single.

Gab continued, "Mayroon po kasi akong special someone who smokes. Medyo weird po kasi talaga siya when you think about it, pero kasi 'yung parang smell ng alcohol with the smell of the cigarette parang it is a nice smell for me, although I am not a smoker."

Previously, NIOR's latest single, "Akin," was released in May 2024.
