Akira Kurata releases first single 'Dahil Sayo'

Newly signed Campus Cutie Akira Kurata officially steps into the music scene!

The Sparkle artist just released his debut single, "Dahil Sayo," under GMA Playlist on Friday, Aug 15.

"Dahil Sayo" is now available for download and streaming on digital platforms worldwide.

In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, he revealed that the song is all about that fluttery feeling you get for your crush and the kind that makes you want to see that special someone all the time.

"It is a feeling na in love na in love ka sa taong 'yun," he added.

Aside from its kilig-filled lyrics, he shared that the upbeat instrumental will make everyone want to dance, capturing the joy and happiness that comes with being in love.

Akira earned his contract with GMA Playlist as one of the awardees in Sparkle Campus Cuties.
