Liana Castillo is ready for love in new single 'Oops! Mahal Kita'
Liana Castillo's new kilig love song "Oops! Mahal Kita" will be released this Friday, August 22.
The Clash Season 5 finalist and Sparkle artist Liana Castillo returns with a new kilig love song titled "Oops! Mahal Kita" under GMA Music.
This marks Liana's first release in 10 months, following her Gen Z rendition of the hit track "Umaambisyon" in October 2024.
"Oops! Mahal Kita" captures the exciting feeling that comes with finally falling in love.
In an interview with GMANetwork.com, Liana talked about how "Oops! Mahal Kita" and her previous songs relate to her.
"Ang aking bagong single po is 'Oops Mahal Kita.' Actually 'yung mga kanta ko po medyo relate po siya sa akin, as in totally. Starting from 'Bebegurl' which is more on self love po, then 'yung revival ko pong 'Umaambisyon' which is slowly opening to love," Liana said.
She continued, "Ngayon naman po 'Oops! Mahal Kita,' I think 'yung pintuan po sa love parang diretsong open na po, parang I'm welcoming that feeling na po this time... hindi mo po ini-expect na mafo-fall ka po."
"Oops! Mahal Kita" was composed by Charles Bandong, arranged by Dwight Ian Perez, and produced by Caleb Hinanay.
The song will be released on digital music platforms this Friday, August 22.
