On September 19, the rising Filipino indie-alternative band Nior released their newest single, "Giliw," under AltG Records, a sub-label of GMA Music. This marks their first release in six months, following their single "Ethanol" in March 2025.
Described by the band as "an ode to lasting love, intimacy, and companionship," "Giliw" was penned by Gabrille Van Petel and Paolamae Dizon, with full arrangement by Nior. The track blends soft acoustic elements with emotional crescendos, highlighting the band's lyrical maturity and sonic growth.
