PNP to enforce old curfew hours Monday sans MMDA memo

The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Monday will maintain the enforcement of 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. curfew hours in the metropolis because it has yet to receive the memorandum of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) regarding the updated curfew.

In a statement later Monday, however, the PNP said that it will now enforce the new curfew hours of 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

According to a 24 Oras report, PNP spokesman Ildebrandi Usana said they have not yet received the MMDA memorandum on the matter despite an announcement from the Metro Manila Council that curfew hours will be from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. during the implementation of the modified enhanced community quarantine.
