The Philippine government administers 70,000 to 90,000 COVID-19 vaccine doses to the general adult population daily, the National Vaccines Operation Center (NVOC) said Wednesday.

“[A]round 70,000 to 90,000 ‘yung ina-administer nila na bakuna (Around 70,000 to 90,000 vaccines are administered) on a daily basis,” NVOC representative Dr. Kezia Rosario said during the Laging Handa briefing.

The Department of Health previously said the rollout of the vaccination

for general adult population was simultaneously conducted nationwide on October 7.

“Nationwide po 'yung rest nung adult population. So lahat na po ng mga LGUs natin whether it is Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, pwede na po sila magbakuna po,” she said.
