Red rainfall warning up over Quezon province due to Rolly, says PAGASA

PAGASA raised the Red rainfall warning over Quezon province at 12 p.m. on Sunday due to heavy rain from Typhoon Rolly. 

Areas in Quezon under red rainfall warning include:

Under Red rainfall warning, serious flooding is expected in flood-prone areas, PAGASA said. 

Likewise, the weather bureau placed Batangas and several other areas in Quezon province under Yellow rainfall warning, including:

Under yellow rainfall warning, PAGASA said flooding may occur in flood-prone areas.
Moreover, PAGASA said light to moderate with occasional heavy rains will prevail in Metro Manila, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, and the rest of Batangas.
