The southwesterly windflow is expected to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region and the Cagayan Valley, PAGASA said Tuesday.

In its 24-hour forecast, the weather agency warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms may also prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
