Cloudy skies, isolated rains expected over Metro Manila, rest of Philippines

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies or localized thunderstorms on Sunday, PAGASA said in its early morning forecast.

The easterlies or winds from the east are affecting most of the country, while the ridge of a high pressure area is extending over Northern and Central Luzon.

Coastal waters will be slight to moderate throughout the country.
