By JM SIASAT

Former UFC featherweight and lightweight world champion Conor McGregor has tweeted a cryptic message that drove fight fans into a craze.

The 32-year-old Irish mixed martial arts superstar, known for his out of the ring bravado and promos, tweeted “I accept” in Tagalog that left fans and media alike guessing.

“Tinatanggap ko,” McGregor wrote on Twitter.

It can be remembered that Filipino boxing icon Manny Pacquiao has joined the same management firm that McGregor is signed with earlier this year.

The two have previously mentioned each other here and there, making fans believe that the two are eyeing a money fight with each other.

McGregor last saw action in January this year in the main event of UFC 246 where he defeated Donald Cerrone via technical knockout in 40 seconds.

And while the Irish is mainly an MMA competitor, he did cross over to professional boxing in 2017 against Floyd Mayweather where he lost by way of tenth-round technical knockout- a fight that generated a massive 4,300,000 buys on pay-per-view. — LA, GMA News
