Classes for Monday, September 7, 2026 have been suspended in some areas due to the effects of heavy rain and flooding brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), recent cyclones, and poor air quality due to haze.
Metro Manila
- Valenzuela City - no afternoon face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private
Batangas
- Balayan - no face-to-face classes, preschool to college, public and private; shift to alternative learning modalities
- Calatagan - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private; shift to online/modular distance learning
- Lian - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private; shift to online/modular distance learning
- Nasugbu - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private; shift to alternative learning modalities
- Taal - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private; shift to asynchronous, modular, or other appropriate learning modalities
- Tuy - no face-to-face classes, pre-elementary to senior high school, public and private; shift to online/modular distance learning
Bulacan
- Calumpit - no classes, all levels, public and private
Cavite
- Cavite City - no classes, all levels, public and private, to commemorate Cavite City Day
Cebu
- Cebu City - face-to-face classes, Kindergarten to Senior High School, public and private
Pampanga
- City of San Fernando - classes remain suspended in five schools:
- Camp Olivas Elementary School (San Nicolas)
- City of San Fernando West Integrated School (San Juan)
- Pandaras Integrated School
- San Nicolas Integrated School
- San Fernando Elementary School (Sto. Rosario)
- San Simon - no classes, all levels, public and private, except for Concepcion Integrated School (Sept. 7–11, 2026)
- Sto. Tomas - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private; shift to alternative modes of learning (Sept. 7–12, 2026)
- Sasmuan - no face-to-face classes except in coastal barangays, where face-to-face classes will resume
Pangasinan
- Basista - no face-to-face classes, daycare to senior high school, public and private; shift to modular
- Lingayen - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private; shift to alternative learning mode
- Mangatarem - no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private
