Coron ship incident: Hotlines released for families with missing members
Coron Mayor Marjo Reyes has released contact numbers where people may call to check on their missing relatives after passenger ship MV June Aster caught fire in waters off Coron, Palawan Wednesday night.
The Coast Guard said the manifest listed 117 passengers and 17 crew.
Five persons have been reported dead, while 42 others have been rescued.

Dr. Alan Guintapan, of the Coron Municipal Health Office, said that of the 42 rescued, six have been discharged, three are in critical condition, and 33 remain in the hospital.
The three who are in critical condition are in the Culion Sanitarium and General Hospital.
